Level 3 includes approximately 25+ hours of self-paced online learning plus optional leadership discussions and activities to apply what you’ve learned in your school.

Yes — we strongly recommend starting with earlier levels to ensure leaders have experienced the skills and processes from a participant’s perspective before leading others.

No — you can take Level 3 as an individual leader or with other members of your leadership team.

Level 3 gives you strategies for engaging sceptics, showing the value of coaching through quick wins and embedding it in ways that feel relevant and beneficial to all staff.

 A minimum of £550 for the core modules. The  final price may vary depending on the number of supplementary modules and subscriptions purchased.
